Thomas Lam, MD, MPH

Dr. Lam is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Network Medical Management, Inc. (NMM), a Medical Services organization (MSO) and Chief Administrative and Financial Officer of Allied Physicians of California IPA (APC) dba Allied Pacific of California IPA.

APC was formed in 1992. It has experienced significant growth since 2012. APC provides comprehensive, quality and cost effective care to the community. In October 2012, APC formed a partnership with LaSalle Medical Associates which has a footprint in multiple counties including Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, Stanislaus, Fresno, Kings, Tulare, San Joaquin and Madera counties serving close to 200,000 plus members. In October 2014, APC and Pacific Independent Physicians Association (PIPA) merged, resulting in a combined membership of about 250,000 in the Greater San Gabriel Valley area. In April 2015, Physicians Healthways merged in Allied Pacific of California IPA. Currently, Allied Pacific of California IPA has thirteen affiliated medical groups/ IPAs with combined memberships close to 500,000.
NMM provides comprehensive administrative support to fourteen Independent Physicians Associations (IPAs) and medical groups serving 600,000 plus members in multiple counties.

Dr. Lam also serves on the Governing Board of Garfield Medical Center in Monterey Park, California since 2010. In April 2014, the Board of Directors of East Los Angeles College Foundation had honored Dr. Lam as the recipient of the Corporate Citizens of the Year Award. In February 2015, YMCA Board of Directors of West San Gabriel Valley had honored Dr. Lam as the recipient of Heart of the Community Award.
Born in Hong Kong and raised in California, Dr. Lam received his medicine training from New York Medical College and gastroenterology training from Georgetown University in Washington, DC.

Dennis Chan, M.D.

Dr. Chan has a special interest in gastrointestinal, liver, biliary and pancreatic disease. His past training includes a Gastroenterology Fellowship at King Drew Medical Center in Los Angeles, California, an Internal Medicine Residency at UCLA, and an Internal Medicine Internship at UC Irvine. Over the years he became part of numerous specialty boards like the American Board of Gastroenterology Recertified, American Board of Gastroenterology, American Board of Internal Medicine, Hong Kong College of Physicians, and Hong Kong Academy of Medicine.

In 2005, Dr. Chan was the Chief of Staff at Garfield Medical Center. Today he is actively practicing in the Garfield Medical Center, Alhambra Community Hospital and the San Gabriel Valley Medical Center. He is fully trained and skilled in various diagnostic therapeutic GI procedures: Upper Endoscopy, Colonoscopy and Polypectomy, ERCP and Papillotomy and Stent Placement, Sclerotherapy, Heater Probe Coagulation and Laser Therapy, and Esophogeal Dilatation and Stent Placement.
